Hi, I’m Lucy

I am a fully qualified and insured dog groomer, with City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 Dog Grooming qualifications (achieved with distinction), and a strong professional background in animal care.

Alongside grooming, I am also a qualified Veterinary Nurse with 18 years’ experience, having worked in both first opinion and referral practices. I hold qualifications in animal science, microchipping and canine remedial massage, which gives me a deeper understanding of canine health, behaviour and handling. This is especially reassuring for nervous, older or sensitive dogs.

A positive grooming experience is paramount. I work on a calm, one-to-one basis, taking the time each dog needs to feel safe, relaxed and well cared for.

Outside of work, I’m a country mum of two girls and a farmer’s wife, with animals at the heart of family life. I have seven dogs of my own, four working Cocker Spaniels, a Springer Spaniel and two Labradors, and enjoy all country pursuits.
